Hajj Visa From USA

The Hajj visa is issued only once a year. Applications are accepted only through licensed Hajj tour operators or government-authorized agents. You must have a Hajj Package that includes a return flight, accommodation, and transportation.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To apply for a Hajj visa, a person must be a Muslim and at least 18 years old.
  • Women over the age of 45 can perform Hajj without a male guardian (Mahram), but only if they are traveling in a group and have permission from their husband or father.
  • Children under 18 can apply for a Saudi Hajj visa along with their parents or legal guardians.

Validity

  • The Hajj visa is permitted to be used only for performing Hajj and is valid only during the Hajj period.
  • All pilgrims are required to leave Saudi Arabia by the 10th of Muharram.

Required Documents

  • The applicant must apply for the Hajj visa through a travel agent authorized by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

  • The applicant must have a confirmed round-trip flight booking, which should be non-refundable.

Umrah Visa From USA

Umrah can be performed at any time of the year, and you can apply for an Umrah visa at any time. Before applying for an Umrah visa, you must book an Umrah Package, as it includes a return airline ticket, which is required to apply for the Umrah visa.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To apply for a Saudi Umrah visa, you must be a Muslim and at least 18 years old.
  • According to the new Saudi visa rules of 2022, women between 18 and 65 can perform Umrah without a male guardian (Mahram), but only if they are traveling in a group and have permission from their husband or father.
  • Children under 18 can apply for an Umrah visa along with their parents or legal guardians.

Validity

  • According to the new Saudi visa rules of 2025, the Umrah visa is valid for one month (30 days) from the date of issuance. However, the visa itself may be automatically cancelled if the pilgrim does not register to enter within 30 days of issuance. For a tourist visa, the validity is one year, allowing a maximum stay of 90 days, and can be used for Umrah (but not Hajj).
