2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our authorized agents or official website.
• Full payment or a specified deposit must be paid before we confirm your booking.
• Prices may change due to airline, hotel, or government fee adjustments.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Refunds depend on airline, hotel, transport, or visa rules, and please note that not all bookings are refundable.
• Service charges and administrative fees are non-refundable.

4. Hajj and Umrah Services

• Packages are designed as per the Saudi Ministry of Hajj & Umrah guidelines.
• We are not responsible for any changes made by Saudi authorities or for travel restrictions.
• Pilgrims must follow all rules, laws, and health requirements.

5. Visa Services

• We assist in visa processing but approval is subject to the Embassy or Saudi authorities.
• We are not responsible for visa refusals, delays, or rejections for any reason.
• All visa documents must be accurate and complete.

6. Flights and Hotels

• Flight schedules are controlled by airlines; we are not responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations.
• Hotel bookings depend on availability. We try to match the shown category, but alternatives may be provided if necessary.

7. Travel Documents and Responsibility

• It is the traveler’s duty to ensure they have a valid passport, visa, vaccination, and other documents.
• We are not responsible for any losses resulting from missing documents, customs issues, or personal negligence.

8. Liability

• We act only as an agent between clients and third parties (airlines, hotels, transport providers).
• We are not responsible for injury, loss, or delays caused by airlines, hotels, or other service providers.

9. Changes or Cancellations by the Agency

• We reserve the right to modify or cancel any service due to unavoidable circumstances, such as government orders, flight disruptions, or safety concerns.
• In such cases, we will try to offer an alternative or partial refund where possible.

10. Code of Conduct

• Travelers must respect local laws, customs, and Islamic values while performing Hajj or Umrah.
• Misconduct or violation of rules may lead to removal from the group without refund.

11. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information will be used only for travel and booking purposes and kept confidential.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By paying or booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
